This role involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on products and services that may fit their needs to create opportunities for positive member interactions.
