About The Position

Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. What’s Encouraged Daily! Own end‑to‑end SSD controller project execution, from architecture definition through silicon bring‑up, validation, and production release, ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets are met. Work with multi‑functional teams (IP design, firmware, validation, DV, PD, packaging, platform, and system teams) and drive alignment across hardware, firmware, and system integration. Define and track project plans, achievements, and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving mitigation plans across multiple development phases (FPGA, pre‑silicon, post‑silicon). Drive technical decision‑making for SSD controller features and tradeoffs, including PCIe/NVMe, NAND interfaces, performance, power, reliability, and security requirements. Manage execution readiness and all work involved, including specs, reviews, tape‑out readiness, silicon debug, qualification, and customer enablement. Communicate project status clearly to leadership, providing data‑driven updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
