About The Position

The NetSuite Systems Analyst supports, enhances, and optimizes Nationwide Marketing Group’s (NMG) enterprise systems, with primary responsibility for the NetSuite ERP platform. This role serves as a key connector between business teams and technology, translating operational needs into scalable, efficient system solutions. The NetSuite Systems Analyst applies technical expertise and process-focused analysis to improve system performance, data integrity, and usability across a growing, multi-subsidiary organization. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology to design solutions that simplify workflows, support growth, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • NetSuite ERP Expertise: Applies hands-on knowledge of NetSuite ERP and CRM architecture to configure, support, and optimize system functionality.
  • Multi-Subsidiary Systems Management: Supports ERP environments across multiple subsidiaries while maintaining data integrity and consistent system standards.
  • Systems Integration & Data Flow: Manages and supports integrations and data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely information across connected platforms.
  • Business Process Enablement: Translates business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve operational efficiency and usability.
  • Workflow Automation: Designs and maintains workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and support consistent processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and support adoption.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnoses and resolves complex system issues using structured analysis, technical expertise, and sound judgment.
  • End-User Training & Enablement: Delivers clear, effective training and documentation that enables users to confidently adopt and utilize system functionality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, including NetSuite.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience administering NetSuite modules, configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and ERP–CRM integration best practices.
  • Experience integrating and supporting third-party platforms, APIs, and data pipelines (e.g., Fivetran).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional ERP initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages.

Responsibilities

  • Administers and supports the NetSuite ERP platform, including system configuration, data imports, optimization, new module implementations, and legacy system migrations.
  • Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and design ERP solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Supports the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite CRM functionality to align with sales, customer success, and marketing processes.
  • Configures and maintains custom roles, workflows, records, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
  • Administers and enhances NetSuite and related systems, including modules, configurations, customizations, integrations, and data pipelines, to support evolving business processes and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintains and supports integrations with third-party platforms including Fivetran, SquareWorks, DocuSign, FloQast, and CloudExtend.
  • Promotes data integrity and partners with BI and reporting teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data outputs.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users, resolving issues efficiently and documenting solutions.
  • Ensures system configurations align with internal policies, controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
