Provide IT support - Work with end users and administrators on IT tickets and projects. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues along with documenting resolutions. Create and maintain IT documentation. Work on IT process improvement. Recommend, configure, test, and deploy configuration packages for use with Desktop Management Product - Endpoint Central Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade network infrastructure. Cisco, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti. Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers. (Windows) Project planning. Assign work orders, follow up on status, and communicate status to users. Periodically travel to remote locations and assist other IT technicians. Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent Customer Service.
