About The Position

Healthcare United is seeking a Neurologist with interest in general neurology neuromuscular or neurophysiology to join a growing neuroscience program in South Central Pennsylvania. This position offers a primarily outpatient practice with inpatient support within a collaborative team based environment. Physicians will have access to strong specialty support advanced diagnostic resources and a robust referral network. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
Interest or experience in neuromuscular or neurophysiology preferred
Strong clinical skills in general neurology
Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
Commitment to patient centered care

Responsibilities

Provide general neurology care with option to develop focus in neuromuscular or neurophysiology
Outpatient clinic with support for inpatient consults at affiliated hospitals
Perform and interpret diagnostic studies including EMG and EEG as applicable
Collaborate with neurologists neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary care teams
Access neurodiagnostic technicians and advanced clinical resources
Strong referral base from primary care and specialty providers
Opportunity to participate in teaching medical students and residents
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
