About The Position

Sodexo WRX, Sodexo's Workplace Experience Services, is hiring a New Business Development Executive to join our West Region Corporate Services team. This new role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with deep facilities management expertise and a passion for transforming workplace experiences through branded, people‑centric environments. The Executive will grow our presence across the West and Midwest by leading strategic pursuits, developing tailored solutions, and helping clients align physical spaces with their brand, culture, and business goals. Candidate to reside in West or Midwest. Expected travel up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling facilities management solutions
  • Strong understanding of workplace branding and employee experience
  • Consultative, solution‑oriented sales approach
  • Ability to build senior‑level relationships and influence decision makers
  • Skill in analyzing client needs, trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Experience developing high‑impact proposals and business cases
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by targeting key decision makers across corporate environments
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through research, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Partner with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and integrated solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
  • Develop business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Create compelling presentations and ensure CRM compliance while driving profitable new growth
