Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (graduate degree a plus)
  • 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive organic growth, profitability, and client retention
  • Build a strong sales culture through coaching, performance management, and talent development
  • Partner with Practice Leaders, vendors, and shared services to improve operations and client experience
  • Support firm-wide growth initiatives, including regional collaboration and M&A activity
  • Ensure the office operates with strong communication, ethical standards, and alignment with Alera Group values
