About The Position

Delta by Marriott Utica is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor front desk associate to join our team in Utica, NY. This role combines guest service with accounting responsibilities to ensure a smooth and accurate close to each day. At this time the position is part time: two-three overnight shifts per week. Those interested in additional hours would have opportunity for more evenings working second shift

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.
Strong numerical and computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Perform night audit procedures including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports.
Night Audit desk shift is 11:00pm - 7:00am
Check guests in and out in a friendly and efficient manner during overnight hours.
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions, reservations, and billing adjustments.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Assist with any other front desk duties as assigned by management.
