About The Position
We are hiring a dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aide to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in Buffalo, NY. The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.50-$18.69 Wages/pay rate will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year resident care experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Our Nurse Aide provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
- Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care.
- This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
