T he hourly pay rate for this position is $15.50-$18.69 Wages/pay rate will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity. Responsibilities: Our Nurse Aide provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards. Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year resident care experience preferred. Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred.
