About The Position
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with expereince to join our growing Primary Care team . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Illinois
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
- Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- Ukrainian Proficiency Preferred
Responsibilities
- See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
