About The Position
Primary Care Nurse PractitionerLocation: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center- Chicago, ILJob Type: Full-Time Requirements: Experience working in outpatient settingPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with expereince to join our growing Primary Care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting. Requirements
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Illinois
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
- Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Experience working in outpatient setting
