Supervisor who thrives in a supportive environment and takes pride in elevating

As our Nurse Shift Supervisor, you will guide nursing operations during your
assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care. You’ll provide
hands-on leadership, mentor staff, support admissions, maintain compliance, and
foster a positive, collaborative workplace.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 1+ year of nursing experience (behavioral health or geriatric preferred)
• CPR, First Aid, de-escalation, and restraint certifications (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and provide real-time coaching and support
• Assist with patient admissions and ensure protocol accuracy
• Lead shift-change meetings and reinforce our “Better Way” principles
• Participate in quality audits and regulatory compliance efforts
• Support new hire orientation and ongoing staff development
• Manage supply needs and maintain operational readiness
• Assist with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
