About The Position
Full-time Occupational Therapist, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, no weekend rotation. Provides therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients in a 130-bed skilled nursing facility. Focus on improving patient independence, functional mobility, and quality of life. Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to optimize care. Competitive pay of $43–$47/hour with a 10% salary placement fee.
Requirements
- Current OT license required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-hospital rehab preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be skilled in patient assessment, individualized care planning, and delivering therapy for ADLs, cognitive, and functional needs.
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills with rehab and nursing staff.
