Requirements

Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
Experience with Kinnser software in home care settings preferred.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Reliable transportation to travel within Westland and surrounding areas.
Ability to work independently and manage scheduling effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in patients' homes within Westland and neighboring communities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Document clinical progress using Kinnser software accurately and timely.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
Provide patient and family education to support therapy goals and promote recovery.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
