Offer Development is responsible for the development and execution of contracting strategies for customers within Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices. Offer Development includes customer analytics (preparation of customer-ready analytics and materials for the field to support customer updates and negotiations) as well as the implementation of contracts and pricing strategies throughout the contract continuum (developing paper through contract load and maintenance and providing effective and efficient contract review). Offer Development works in close collaboration with Field Sales, Account Management, Contract Strategy and other partners such as Legal, Finance, Health Care Compliance, Government Compliance, etc. to put together the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions and T&Cs) for the customer.

Requirements

  • A concentration in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience extracting detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is a plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
  • Excellent computer skills; Excel is a must other MS applications are a plus (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, dependable and motivated
  • Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
  • Available to work a full‑time, 40‑hour workweek during core business hours for the Fall term (July–December 2026)
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office three times per week
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly updates to the quoting tool by downloading, validating, and maintaining required data.
  • Create and maintain a cross‑platform product catalog for the Capital team.
  • Automate weekly capital reporting processes.
  • Deliver quick‑turn support for requests, including amendments and renewals.
  • Organize, update, and maintain work instructions within the SharePoint site.
  • Administer the team’s MedTech SharePoint site, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support Power BI updates and enhancements for reporting needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned; not all responsibilities may be listed.
