About The Position

West Monroe is seeking an Offering Development Manager to support the creation, refinement, and scaling of AI-enabled and AI-native offerings within the Office of the Chief AI Officer. This role is a key part of the Offerings function and is responsible for productizing AI-led and enabled services, leveraging West Monroe’s proprietary asset suite and agentic delivery models into clear, repeatable, and market-ready offerings that drive growth. The Offerings function’s charter is to fuel West Monroe’s organic growth by turning proven client work and innovation into scalable offerings. In this role, you will work closely with the AI team, AI Revenue Operations, Commercial Activation, GTM functions, and Line teams to manage the end-to-end process of defining, designing, and rolling out offerings that are commercially compelling and delivery-ready. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about AI and innovation, and thrives in a test-and-learn environment while bringing structure and momentum to complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 7–10 years of experience managing complex initiatives, offerings, or programs
  • Prior consulting experience required
  • Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and modern delivery models
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
  • Travel requirements may include short, infrequent trips (<10%)

Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end offering development lifecycle, from concept through build, GTM readiness, and in-market iteration.
  • Manage the offering intake process, partnering with Functional and Line leaders to prioritize AI-enabled offerings.
  • Lead the offering build process to define the value proposition, delivery model, AI components, and required sales and delivery artifacts.
  • Ensure offerings are designed as AI-native, leverage our Intellio asset suite, embedding agentic methods, and AI-led delivery patterns by default.
  • Partner with AI Revenue Operations to integrate proven demos, Phase 0 tip of spear plays, and delivery approaches into offerings.
  • Gather and translate SME input into core offering artifacts, including sales decks, target buyer profiles, commercial insights, and GTM plans.
  • In partnership with Line leadership, define and support execution of GTM strategies, including TAM definition and target account identification.
  • Capture in-market feedback to refine offering scope, positioning, and delivery approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, awareness, and adoption of AI-enabled offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the offering development process, especially for AI-native offerings.
  • Prepare materials and updates for senior leadership reviews.
  • Build and manage strong relationships across AI, GTM, Enablement, and consulting practices.
  • Support firmwide education efforts through training materials, communications, and presentations related to AI-enabled offerings.
