We are seeking a highly organized, personable Office Administrator to support office operations, client experience, and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring clients and prospects feel welcomed and well taken care of while helping the team stay organized and efficient. This is a team-oriented position where you will work with advisors and staff to support day-to-day operations. The role includes both busy and slower periods, so the right person is proactive, able to identify priorities, and stays productive by supporting the team, following up on outstanding items, and helping improve organization and processes.
