About The Position

The Office Assistant, Scheduling maintains and continuously updates the master service and project schedule based on daily operational demands. This role sits at the center of our operations and works closely with the Operations Manager, technicians, sales staff, and clients to ensure projects and service calls move forward smoothly. This is a client-facing administrative role. The person in this position communicates with clients regularly by phone and email to confirm appointments, coordinate scheduling changes, answer basic questions, and help resolve scheduling or service issues. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
