About The Position

We are looking for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper/Sales. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings, Sales, Hydraulic parts, quoting , providing general administrative support to our employees, invoicing, collection, and billing. Office Assistant should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and QuickBooks) and ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Requirements

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
  • Account Receivable/Collection

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Hydraulics systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point person duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and billing.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
