About The Position

Works under the general supervision of a manager in a city division to perform semi-routine secretarial duties. May perform duties including, but not limited to the following, independently proofread, edit, and/or prepare written correspondence, presentations, charts. Creates and edits reports. Maintains manager’s schedule. Monitors and organizes correspondence of manager and responds when appropriate. Greets guest, responds to phone calls, and maintains various records and files.
