About The Position

Work Schedule: 20%, day/evening shift working 1 – 2 evening shifts weekly scheduled from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm with the potential for the occasional Saturday. You will work at 621 Science Dr. in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Bring your organizational skills to UW Health. We are seeking an Office Assistant to: Greet patient and participant, assist with wayfinding. Conduct membership sales and class registration. Handle package deliveries and receipts. Requirements for work include CPR certification (UW Health can provide), general computer skills and comfort learning registration software. Requirements

• CPR certification (UW Health can provide)
• General computer skills
• Comfort learning registration software
• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
