A physician-led outpatient neurology practice in Arlington, Texas is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a structured, clinic-based setting focused on continuity of care and long-term management of chronic neurological conditions. Requirements

• Active Texas APRN license
• Board Certification (AGACNP or FNP)
• Strong outpatient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Comfortable managing chronic neurological conditions
• Detail-oriented with strong medication management skills
• Team-focused and collaborative
• Interested in long-term outpatient continuity care

Nice To Haves

• Neurology or Internal Medicine background
• EMR proficiency
• Experience in collaborative physician-led practice models

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage new and established neurology patients
• Provide follow-up care for seizure disorders, migraines, movement disorders, neuropathies, dementia, and post-stroke patients
• Review imaging, EEG results, and other diagnostic studies
• Prescribe and adjust medications according to established treatment protocols
• Coordinate referrals to therapy services and specialty providers
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
