The Office Manager / HR Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while managing core human resources functions. This dual-role position ensures a productive, organized workplace and supports employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR and/or office management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities maintenance
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, hiring)
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance support
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
