About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Office Practice Leadership team with the Mercer Career business. This role will be based in Dallas, Texas. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Office Practice Leader, you will drive sales and revenue growth within a defined Mercer geography and practice area. You will develop go-to-market strategies, ensure high-quality client delivery, manage key client relationships, and oversee business operations to maximize financial performance. Partnering closely with the Consulting Team Leader, you will foster an engaged and inclusive team culture while managing office practice growth, sales pipeline, client retention, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales growth and client relationship management within consulting or professional services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and business operations effectively
  • Strategic thinking and experience developing go-to-market plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
