About The Position

We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to a pool of brokers in their local office. This role involves coordinating marketing materials, organizing client-specific property information packages, and managing various logistical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytic skills.
  • A positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with InDesign is highly preferred.
  • Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred.
  • High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Review marketing material specifications and serve as the liaison with centralized marketing analysis and research groups for the completion and submission of financial marketing and client-specific property data.
  • Organize the preparation and production of customized property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings and conferences.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.
  • Update and maintain various information databases.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates.
