PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily operations of one or more practices Coordinate the work activities and schedules of personnel Provide leadership in the absence of the Practice Administrator or Practice Manager Performance reviews and annual evaluations Communicate effectively with all staff and providers Track/Report providers paid leave and continuing medical education according to contract Lead staff to provide excellent patient care Financial management of office; cash control, bank reconciliations, and deposits Oversee inventory of medical, pharmaceutical, and administrative supplies Coordinate smooth office operations
