About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Office Support Executive on a permanent basis within the UK Office Support division. This position falls under our Epyx line of business and is based in our Meriden office. In this role you will work within a team assisting with required business administration and office duties. These include, although not restricted to; Facilities, Reception, Meetings, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Security & Compliance and ad hoc projects. You will report into the Head of Office Management & Facilities and regularly collaborate with other teams within the office. As an Office Support Executive you will be expected to work from our Meriden office. Requirements

  • Strong administrative and IT literacy skills (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Manages well under pressure and ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable, adaptable and outgoing individual.
  • Car driver - with access to a car.

Nice To Haves

  • Event management experience is beneficial.
  • Understanding of H&S and security regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.
  • Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.
  • Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses.
  • Meeting external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.
  • Preparing meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.
  • Coordinating orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.
  • Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works.
  • Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements.
  • Assisting with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
  • Assisting with risk management and assessments.
  • Managing and process building access.
  • Assisting with annual audits, both internal & external.
  • Liaising with Corpay shared services to ensure Epyx is fully compliant with regulations.
