Requirements

  • Ability to travel on a limited basis
  • Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction and Experience: Greet and assist customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing their needs with professionalism and courtesy
  • Operational Efficiency: Support store operations by performing clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling, maintaining files, and handling mail
  • Accounting and Operational Support: Assist with accounting tasks for the Store Administrator and managers, and aid in sales administration as needed
