As the face of YBCA, you will be the bridge between our organization and the community, ensuring that every visitor feels welcome, engaged, and inspired by the transformative power of the arts. The On-Call Community Experience Representative plays a critical part in delivering world-class customer service on-site at YBCA. The team interacts with a broad range of people daily, including visitors, special event guests, YBCA collaborators, venue rental clients, and more. In addition to providing customer service to all guests, this position is accountable for processing admissions, events tickets, memberships, donations, and merchandise. This position requires a strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
