The Position Summary: The Onsite Training Individually Contributing Manager (ICM) plays a key role in delivering and refining client-facing and internal training strategies. As a core member of the Onsite Training (OT) team, the ICM is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality training collateral, supporting complex client engagements, and reinforcing internal standards of excellence through enablement, documentation, and quality oversight. This role requires travel of up to 25%, including support for high-priority client training and on-site quality observations. ICMs are also expected to provide surge support during periods of high demand or low trainer capacity, which may include flexing to support additional onsite assignments or strategic project needs. Each ICM is assigned a defined scope of responsibilities aligned to business needs, skill alignment, and department priorities. Responsibilities are distributed across the team based on current initiatives and capacity, with each ICM accountable for delivering on their assigned focus area. While areas of ownership may differ, the scope and expectations of the role remain consistent across the team. All ICMs are expected to contribute meaningfully to client support, content refinement, and department initiatives, with strategic assignments and visibility opportunities coordinated in partnership with OT leadership to ensure balance and alignment across the group.
