Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Onsite US Federal Government Experienced Procurement Technician to support a US Federal Government the client. All work under this contract shall be performed fifty percent (50%) at 1 Denver Federal Center Building 50 Denver Service Center Denver, CO 80225 and fifty percent (50%) telework.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in US Government procurement support
• Experience with the US Government Financial and Business Management System (FBMS)
• Expertise using Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• U.S Citizenship

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, invoices, and payment documentation in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
• Support contract administration tasks, including tracking obligations, monitoring funding status, and reconciliation of discrepancies in financial records.
• Utilization of the Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) including navigating procurement, invoice processing, and reporting modules; entering and validating data, and generating standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for document preparation, Excel for data analysis and pivot tables, and Outlook for professional correspondence and calendar management.
• Provide high-volume, accurate, and rapid data entry while maintaining attention to detail in alphanumeric and financial data fields.
