About The Position

The HR, EHS & Administration Manager serves as a cross-functional coordinator and strategic support role, responsible for consolidating input from HR and EHS teams, preparing management-level reporting, and supporting the resolution of HR and EHS-reIated issues. This role focuses on coordination, analysis, and reporting rather than direct execution of HR or EHS operational tasks, while also overseeing core administration and administrative support functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and consolidate input from HR and EHS teams to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations related to HR, EHS, compliance, and workforce matters for internal leadership and headquarters.
  • Monitor HR and EHS key issues, risks, and action items, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.
  • Support the resolution of HR- and EHS-reIated issues by coordinating with internal teams and external partners (legal counsel, consultants, vendors, etc.).
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities by coordinating documentation and responses.
  • Act as a coordination point when HR or EHS issues arise, supporting root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and communication.
  • Facilitate collaboration among departments to ensure consistent and compliant handling of employee relations, safety, and regulatory matters.
  • Track and report the status of corrective and preventive actions to management.
  • Oversee and support administrative operations, including office management, company assets, contracts, and service vendors.
  • Provide administrative support for executives and management, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and cross-functional administrative activities.
  • Liaise with headquarters to support administrative reporting, policy alignment, and procedural compliance.
