We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our operational excellence across all service lines. The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining operational processes across our family of companies. This role requires a combination of data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency, enhance service delivery, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience as Data Analyst- Min 3 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar applications
  • Analytical thinker with experience working with multiple software systems.
  • Comfort working with operational and performance data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in field service, operations, or other multi-location businesses
  • Exposure to CRM or ERP systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, BuildOps, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of service metrics, KPIs, or operational reporting in trades-based industries
  • BS in Data Science or related field

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report on operational data across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical service lines.
  • Analyze field service performance metrics including technician utilization, first-time fix rate, SLA compliance, backlog, and response times
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards for key performance metrics
  • Document existing field service processes and workflows
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Support small improvement initiatives and pilot projects
  • Help update standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Track KPIs such as job completion rates, response times, revenue per job, and technician utilization
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership
  • Support ad-hoc analysis related to pricing, service mix, capacity, and operational efficiency
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources while maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and basic dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as a point of coordination between teams for operational and reporting needs
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across companies and reports
  • Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and action-item tracking for operations reviews
  • Communicate operational updates, metrics, and deadlines clearly and professionally
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support executive leaders and operational priorities
