About The Position

As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
• Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers.
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required.
• Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed.
• Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
• Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.
