This role works across departments to support a variety of marketing, employee engagement, and administrative initiatives within the Firm. Success in this role requires follow-through, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in an Administrative or related function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience planning and executing events.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and online communication tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Easil, or similar design platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to completion.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and comfortable handling both strategic and administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to step in wherever needed to support the Firm’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and maintain the Firm’s social media presence to attract prospective employees and market our services to clients.
  • Coordinate community stewardship marketing efforts, including managing advertisements, sponsorship logos, and brand visibility.
  • Assist with website oversight and ensure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with Firm messaging.
  • Track campaigns and initiatives to ensure deadlines are met and projects are fully executed—not just launched.
  • Lead survey creation and data collection efforts with careful attention to detail and organization.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute firm-wide events from logistics to post-event follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support related to recruiting, event planning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-campus recruiting and student on-site visits.
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking deadlines, managing vendor communications, and organizing documentation.
  • Jump in to assist leadership and teams as needs arise—especially during busy recruiting seasons and high-volume periods.
  • Assist with audit departmental logistics, including CPE credit tracking, internal job status reporting, and the drafting/processing of various audit-related deliverables.
  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including drafting tailored responses, gathering technical specifications from subject matter experts, and ensuring all submission deadlines and requirements are met.
