The Operations & Process Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of core operational processes. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role supports the daily execution of operations while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data integrity, workflow performance, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual partners closely with the Operations, Agent Support, and Member Care teams to ensure member data is accurate, operational workflows are executed correctly, and service requests are completed efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and comfort working with large volumes of data, along with the ability to document processes clearly and communicate effectively across teams.
