Position Overview Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work. Compensation Package – $27 - $30 / Hour The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based on a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position. What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, administrative, or construction-related roles. Experience working in a corporate office environment highly preferred. High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach. Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work. Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Your Role Provide day-to-day operational support across headquarters, warehouse, and jobsites. Assist with workflow coordination and organization to ensure smooth execution. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient yard/warehouse environment. Perform inventory checks, material staging, and stock organization. Support warehouse and operations teams with daily fulfillment needs. Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and logistics activities. Schedule deliveries and communicate timelines with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams. Prepare delivery documentation, including packing slips, confirmations, and paperwork. Enter and maintain orders, invoices, and delivery records while supporting documentation and process improvements. Support sales through order processing, pricing coordination, quantity takeoffs, quote preparation, and cross-team customer service. The responsibilities above are not all-inclusive.
