About The Position

IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY, FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 8AM-6PM (8 HOUR SHIFT) + MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER SATURDAY OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE PAID TIME AND A HALF! ON SITE: MILFORD, CT Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at this organization, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers. Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth. Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors. Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone. Accurately entering customer information into our database. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • 2 years of office experience/customer service experience or Bachelors degree
  • Ability to manage inbound phone calls
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Self starter
  • Excellent communication skills
