Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communication
  • Track inventory and maintain purchasing records
  • Maintain spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
  • Request and compare pricing from vendors and suppliers
  • Help source vendors and manage supplier relationships
  • Assist in improving purchasing and inventory processes
  • Support operational projects and procurement initiatives
  • Ensure documentation and data accuracy across systems
