Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
  • Ability to learn and work within proprietary financial and operational systems (including Henkels & McCoy systems)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to support multiple teams and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to construction teams, project managers, and leadership
  • Maintain, update, and audit multiple spreadsheets and tracking tools to ensure accurate data
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams by responding to requests, resolving issues, and coordinating information flow
  • Learn and navigate multiple company systems to support project and operational processes
  • Develop a working knowledge of company services and workflows to perform tasks independently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
