Requirements

• 2 years of education in Supply Chain, Operations, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally as: Production/Operations Coordinator/Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience in ERP, SAP preferred
• Safety Shoes required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
• Supervise and support production teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) for operations tracking, reporting, and process optimization
• Implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including the use of safety shoes and PPE
• Work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, with weekend availability as needed.
