About The Position

As Operations Manager for Government Programs, you'll lead a specialized team providing L1/L2 support for cutting-edge automation systems while driving operational excellence that directly impacts national security initiatives. Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access
- Bachelor's degree in STEM related field of study
- 4+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, IT infrastructure or software development
- 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Crisis Management: Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions affecting factory operations
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong capability to shape outcomes with senior technical and management leaders
- Change Leadership: Passionate technical leader with demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation
