About The Position

Join Intel Foundry Automation in a mission-critical role where you'll oversee advanced manufacturing automation systems that support vital government programs. As Operations Manager for Government Programs, you'll lead a specialized team providing L1/L2 support for cutting-edge automation systems while driving operational excellence that directly impacts national security initiatives. Requirements

  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM related field of study
  • 4+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, IT infrastructure or software development
  • 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Crisis Management: Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions affecting factory operations
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong capability to shape outcomes with senior technical and management leaders
  • Change Leadership: Passionate technical leader with demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation
