About The Position
RainScapes Irrigation is hiring an Operations Manager to lead office operations, payroll, and customer service while supporting field crews and company leadership. This is a key leadership role responsible for keeping operations organized, payroll accurate, crews supported, and customers taken care of.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years operations or office management experience
- Experience managing administrative or customer service teams
- Payroll or time-tracking experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience in landscaping, irrigation, or field service is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative systems
- Manage customer service / call center team
- Process weekly payroll for office and field staff
- Support scheduling, job costing, and operational reporting
- Coordinate communication between office, crews, and leadership
