About The Position

The Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and effective team performance across the facility. This position supports operational readiness, safety, and the overall guest experience through hands-on supervision and cross department collaboration.

Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent guest service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Have a basic understanding of ice, arcade, turf/court sports, event, and/or facility operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support for venue staff.
  • Monitor team performance and deliver regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and direct team members to areas requiring additional support.
  • Ensure all facility areas-including Turf, Courts, FEC, Sports Performance, Ice Rink, Bars, and GNG-are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
  • Support preventive maintenance efforts and report facility needs promptly.
  • Ensure all exterior doors are secured at the end of each shift.
  • Assist other departments as needed to maintain seamless operations.
  • Model and uphold our Guest 1st Service standards.
  • Respond to guest concerns in a calm, professional, and solutionoriented manner.
  • Maintain general knowledge of facility programs and event schedules.
  • Serve as a liaison between guests and internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform Manager-on-Duty (MOD) functions, including execution of Emergency Action Plans, guest interaction, and building safety oversight.
  • Address operational incidents and escalate when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports and guest counts using designated systems.
  • Complete assigned special projects and daily tasks from management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to operations and guest services.
