Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Maintenance Lead to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area. As an Oracle Cloud Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include: Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations. Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans. Gathering and analyzing business requirements. Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution. Defining new and refining existing business processes. Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent degree.
Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications with at least a few full lifecycle projects as a lead focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Maintenance module.
Extensive experience identifying gaps between client processes and Oracle SCM Cloud and determining solutions (configurations, extensions, etc.)
Experience with but not limited to Oracle Cloud Maintenance and other modules within Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management.
Experience with full Implementation lifecycle – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.
Experience in presenting functional solutions to director level business stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.
Ability to lead and mentor less experienced consultants within the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module.

Nice To Haves

Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud modules including but not limited to: Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
Certifications in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud – Manufacturing, Planning or other.
Experience as an Architect leading large, complex SCM implementations, as well as global design sessions leveraging a process first approach.
