The Project Manager leads assigned Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment domains within a large scale EHR implementation serving as the primary point of contact, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and coordination of delivery of workstreams to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager Oversee pre deployment, go live, and post deployment optimization activities while proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. Leverage proven healthcare IT and EHR deployment leadership to support successful multi site implementations that enhance care delivery and patient outcomes. As the Oracle Health Project Manager, you will: Lead cross‑functional deployment teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure successful execution across sites Plan and manage complex, multi‑site programs, aligning workstreams to strategic objectives, timelines, and resource constraints Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support program execution and decision‑making Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating appropriately to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and quality Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve dependencies. Deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision‑making Define, track, and report key performance indicators using dashboards and metrics to monitor progress and outcomes
