About The Position

Oracle Technical Project Manager1 roject Management Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage multiple concurrent Oracle initiatives. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders. Collaborate with business users, IT leadership, and vendor teams. Conduct weekly steering committee meetings and project reviews. Translate business requirements into technical execution plans. Team Leadership Lead cross-functional Oracle teams including: Technical consultants Functional consultants Integration developers QA teams Coordinate with offshore development teams. Assign tasks and ensure team productivity. Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks early and create mitigation strategies. Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Escalate critical issues to leadership when required. Delivery Governance Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Monitor project metrics and quality standards. Ensure compliance with organizational governance frameworks. Communication & Reporting Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients. Prepare: Weekly status reports Executive dashboards Budget tracking reports Facilitate project workshops and solution discussions. Requirements

  • Oracle Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in at least one or more of:
  • Oracle EBS (R12)
  • Oracle Fusion Applications
  • Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Oracle Financials
  • Oracle SCM
  • Oracle HCM
