They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.Job Description - Grade SpecificThis role in projects have strong client exposure. Individual actively contribute to internal knowledge development on a global business level and proactively coach teams. Individual support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more businessorindustry domains. ‹

Individual is responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle and leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings.‹

Responsibilities

• Functionally customize the application
• Partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions
• Work with business users to implement process changes
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge development on a global business level and proactively coach teams
• Support or lead bids
